Welcome guitar lessons at Velvet Aquarium Music Studio. Eliot Wilcox has been serving the Raleigh area for over 15 years and is proud to have had hundreds of players learn their craft with his guidance. He is well known for his performances and recordings, as well as his teaching prowess. He teaches all styles of music, from rock, blues and country, to pop, jazz and gospel. Velvet Aquarium Guitar Studio serves all levels of students including beginners to intermediate and advanced players. The aim is to provide friendly qualified instruction with an emphasis on the music theory and technique necessary for students to realize their goals as musicians. Velvet Aquarium is here to help you become the player you want to be.

AVAILABILITY

Day & evening lessons are available for your convenience. All lessons are private, one-on-one sessions with teacher and student. Both in person and online lessons are available. 

PAYMENT

Payment for lessons is payable monthly, due for the coming month on the last lesson of the previous month. (e.g. July’s payment would be due the last lesson of June)Payments are to be made directly to the teacher by cash, check, Venmo, or Cash App

ATTENDANCE & CANCELLATIONS

24-hour notice is required to cancel a lesson. With 24 hr. notice the teacher may reschedule a lesson (make-up) Missed or canceled lessons without 24 hr. notice are forfeited without refund, unless other arrangements are made with the teacher. As a courtesy, please give one month’s notice prior to discontinuing lessons.
